Paris, April 20, 2020

The SIACI SAINT HONORE Group, a leading provider of consulting and brokerage services in corporate property and personal insurance, has announced gross turnover of 480.4 million euros for the financial year ending 2019, up 10% on 2018, in line with its five-year strategic plan.

In 2020, a year dominated by an unprecedented health crisis, SIACI SAINT HONORE continues to give absolute priority to the health of its teams and the employees of its client companies, as well as the service it provides to them. More than ever, as an economic player committed to the protection of people and property, the Group and its employees are making every effort to maintain quality of service for the benefit of all of their clients.

In these highly unusual circumstances, the Group is proud to be able to announce the growth of the business in 2019, confirming its continuing strength and reliability to better meet the needs of companies and provide them with essential support in an unfavorable and uncertain economic period.

With an increase in 2019 of almost 10% in gross turnover to €480,41 million, distributed evenly between organic growth of 6% and external growth of 4%, and the effective geographical and sectorial diversification of its activities, SIACI SAINT HONORE is in a position to face the economic turbulence generated by Covid-19 with greater confidence, and is further strengthening its ability to defend the interests of its clients in all circumstances. It continues to work scrupulously towards its goals and can take pride in having achieved levels of development perfectly in line with its 5-year strategic plan, whose target was to reach gross turnover of €500 million by 2020.

The past financial year was marked by growth in the personal insurance, Human Resources consulting and Marine activities, as well as the completion of several targeted acquisitions and strategic partnerships in these buoyant business lines: Cambiaso Risso in Marine insurance, which positions the Group as a world-class player in this field; Driesassur in jewelry and precious stones; Arengi in risk management; CLC, market leader in the Bordeaux region, particularly in pharmaceuticals and the professions, and Adding and Topics in HR consulting.

The personal insurance division (life & disability, health, consulting and international mobility) recorded growth of 6.6% compared with 2018, at €276 million in 2019. The Group's Property & Casualty and Marine division (Corporate Risks and Insurance Department) continued its reorganization under the responsibility of Cédric Charpentier and saw a 14.6% increase in turnover to €204 million, driven in particular by the dynamism of marine insurance and international developments.

Taking all divisions together, international business, with a 14% increase in 2019, represents turnover of €171 million (against €146 million in 2018), i.e. almost 36% of total business, while France accounts for €310 million (against €292 million in 2018). The Group is now able to support its clients in 192 countries around the world through its Siaci Global Partners network.

“In an economic and social climate that has become so uncertain, and even alarming, our responsibility as a major European and French player is to preserve our independence and the sustainability of our business model to provide greater protection for companies and their employees.
Our own good health means we can continue to serve them better. Our ability to continue to provide our services during this epidemic in much the same way as before is a mark of this,” said Pierre DONNERSBERG, Chairman of the Executive Board of SIACI SAINT HONORE.
